Shipping policy

Please be sure your shipping addresses are correct. We will use the address on the order & Harlow Boutique is not responsible for shipping it to the wrong address if you have not changed your address. Unfortunately after an order has shipped we have no way of changing the address. If you provide an incomplete/wrong address & the package is returned to Harlow Boutique, an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package will be sent to you and your order will be re-sent once it is paid.

All of my items ship through Canada Post and it is the purchasers responsibility to pay all duties & taxes on items.

Once your order is shipped Harlow Boutique is no longer responsible for any delays & encourage you to track your order through the Canada Post App.
