Shipping, Returns & FAQ's
- By placing your order, you agree that all details, including the shipping address, are correct.
- Triple-check all customizations! We don’t offer refunds, but if we make a mistake on custom items, we’ll remake and ship them for free.
- No changes, discounts, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Apparel exchanges are allowed, with return shipping at your expense. Unworn, unwashed items with tags must be postmarked within 10 days. Store credit will be issued if an exchange isn’t wanted.
- For defects, contact us within 4 days.
- Custom orders can’t be canceled or returned, but we’ll replace items if we’ve made an error.
- Sizing: Check listings carefully. Feel free to message for help with sizes.
- Gift orders: We’ll include a gift note—just leave a note with your order.
- Rush orders: Contact us before purchasing to check availability. Additional fees apply.
- Shipping: Double-check your shipping address. If incorrect and returned, we’ll charge postage to resend. You’re responsible for duties and taxes. Once shipped, delays are out of our control—track with Canada Post.
