**Refund Policy**
We do not offer refunds. However, if we make an error on a custom item, we’ll gladly remake and ship it to you free of charge.
**Order Policies**
Once an order is placed, no changes, additional discounts, or cancellations are permitted.
**Exchanges**
Exchanges are available for apparel only, with return shipping at the customer’s expense. If an exchange isn’t desired, we’ll issue store credit instead. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 4 days, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
**Custom Orders**
Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting custom orders, as we cannot issue refunds for customer errors. If we make a mistake, we’ll replace the item.
*Note:* Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
