It is highly suggested that all customizations are TRIPLE CHECKED for any errors. Due to the custom nature of these products there are no returns or exchanges. Items are final sale unless of course there is a creation flaw.
We do not offer refunds. If there is an error on our end with custom items your item will be remade and shipped to you free of charge.
Upon placing your order you are agreeing that your order & shipping address are correct.
Once an order is placed no changes can be made, no additional discounts can be added and the order cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges are available for apparel only and shipping is at the expense of the purchaser; if an exchange is not wanted then a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and must have original tags attached. Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of the order's original receipt.
If you receive an item and it is defective please contact us within 4 days of receiving your item and we will gladly rectify the situation.
