 Each of these unique mugs is handmade by yours truly in my cozy home studio and features:

- A hefty 15oz ceramic mug, perfect for that extra-large dose of caffeine!

- The fun design you see in the photo, with the option to add a name on the back—just select "PERSONALIZED" from the dropdown and I’ll print the name in sleek black font.

- Design printed on both sides (unless you go for the personalization option).

- No vinyl here, folks! It's all high-quality sublimation, meaning your design stays fab and fade-free.

 **Heads up:**  

- Design placement might vary a bit because, hey, that's the beauty of handmade!  

- Colors can look a little different depending on your monitor, but rest assured, they're always on point.

Totally microwave safe—because who doesn’t need to reheat their coffee at least once?

Any delays due to busy periods will be communicated on the website. All orders ship via Canada Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Upon placing your order you are agreeing that your order & shipping address are correct.

It is highly suggested that all customizations are TRIPLE CHECKED for any errors.

We do not offer refunds.
If there is an error on our end with custom items your item will be remade and shipped to you free of charge.  

Once an order is placed no changes can be made, no additional discounts can be added and the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges are available for apparel only and shipping is at the expense of the purchaser; if an exchange is not wanted then a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and must have original tags attached. Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of the order's original receipt.

If you receive an item and it is defective please contact us within 4 days of receiving your item and we will gladly rectify the situation.
